NO': , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERI'ulONE, AND ORDER THE FOLLO\!\'ONG: <br /> SECTION 1. The City Council adopts an amendment to the Land Use Element of the <br /> Pleasanton General Plan 2005-2025, as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part of <br /> this resolution by reference <br /> SECTION 2 The City Council determines that the Land Use Element of the Pleasanton <br /> General Plan 2005-2025 be amended as provided in Government Code Section 65358. <br /> SECTION 3 The City Council adopts an amendment to the City of Pleasanton <br /> Downtown Specific Plan, as set forth in Exhibit B, attached hereto and made part of this resolution <br /> by reference <br /> SECTION 4 This resolution shall become effective immediately upon the effective date <br /> of the ordinances approving PUD-110 and the related development agreement. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED, AND DOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a <br /> regular meeting held on February 7, 2017. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of February <br /> 2017, by the following vote <br /> Ayes.
