We live in California Reflections and face the Irby property and feel it would be a vast improvement to the dumping ground the property has become. The vacant homes have been broken into many times and the homeless use the property for their activities. We feel that a single family development along with Sunflower would be a great fit for the Irby property. Our hope is that you can work with the developer and approve the residential/Sunflower development before you. Our fear is that you do nothing and down the road the land is used for an apartment or commercial project. Please take the time to visit the property and walk along Stanley to see for yourself what you think might be the best fit for this property. Thank you for your time and consideration.
