Why the rush into developing this land as high density residential property? The apartment complex at the corner of Bernal and Stanley is massive and certain to contribute bewilderingly to the already heavy traffic congestion on our local streets' Add into the mix the Irby Ranch project, and it will serve to simply overwhelm our streets with vehicles' I'm a retired Pleasanton School District teacher and know that the rate at which this city is being developed will also burden our schools! Slow down! This City Council has a disturbing reputation for over-zealous housing and commercial development! You are ruining our city's quality of life! Beverly Gill 1
