It would also allow us to establish a'community' or a <br /> campus that could benefit on-site residents, the larger Irby Ranch subdivision, as well as the greater <br /> community. We are grateful to the developer, Mike Serpa and the city of Pleasanton for this opportunity. <br /> Please note the developer has made significant changes to this project since the Planning Commission review <br /> last summer. In addition, we've changed our own proposed architecture and increased our number of units to <br /> better accommodate the large number of individuals who desire to live there. <br /> 1 <br />
