All other recommended conditions of approval are unchanged, although <br /> the conditions will be renumbered if/when changes are approved. <br /> Modified Conditions of Approval <br /> 3. The subject property shall be zoned to the following designations: <br /> J P p Y e 9 9 <br /> b. Planned Unit Development — High Density Residential (PUD-HDR) District for the 10.6 acre <br /> Irby Ranch Single Family Home development. Additions and accessory structures shall be <br /> prohibited within the development with the exception that Class 1 open patio covers and <br /> Class 2 accessory structures (storage sheds, greenhouses, etc. as defined by the <br /> Pleasanton Municipal Code) on Lots 8, 11-16, 86, and 87 may be permitted with a minimum <br /> 3 foot rear and side yard setback. Unless otherwise specified in the Conditions of Approval, <br /> permitted uses and all site development standards shall follow those of the R-1-6,500 <br /> District. <br /> 12. The Zia home shall be relocated to the park south of Nevada Street and shall be used as a meeting <br /> space maintained by the Homeowners Association. The entire home shall be relocated with the <br /> exception of the southernmost portion of the structure, which is a modern alteration to the original <br /> residence (although the southernmost portion may be retained if desired). Any damage to the <br /> exterior of the Zia home, that results from the relocation of the home or removal of the later additions <br /> shall be replaced and shall match the details, material, color, etc. of the existing home. The plans <br /> submitted to the Building and Safety Division for plan check shall include existing and proposed floor <br /> plans and elevation drawings and clearly indicate the extent of the area to be removed and what <br /> materials, details, colors, etc. will be used to seamlessly integrate the repaired exterior walls where <br /> the addition was removed. Improvements required to meet current Building Code and/or ADA <br /> requirements shall be designed to be consistent with the materials, details, and design of the original <br /> 1 <br />
