EETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> 5 Public Comment <br /> Kami Gottschalk addressed recent car thefts in her neighborhood and urged City Council to hire more <br /> Police Officers, install security cameras, increase night patrol by Police Officers and referenced a <br /> petition she started where she obtained thirty-four signatures to encourage the City to act. <br />
