Annette Brecheusen
Subject: FW Tennis Court Alternatives for Tennis and Community Park
P 7°gist 10 `;;-© UV C L7e:
From:William L.Williams ZWter [I3 g` oC„- Gr_ ©r FE,ISSs
Sent:Sunday, December 04, 2016 6:32 PM „=_12,pg_i_16:,
To:Steve Kirkpatrick<skirkpatrick@cityofpleasantonca.gov
Subject:Tennis Court Alternatives for Tennis and Community Park
Dear Mr Kirkpatrick -- The preference among the choices is Alternative #3. From the standpoint of design and
land plan Alternative #3 makes the most sense as it takes advantage of the existing horseshoe, does not impinge
on the volleyball area, does not reduce parking, and provides a single feature court at the entry point to the park
while fitting neatly into the existing overall site plan of the park.
My wife, Carol, and I are glad that the community area of the park is being preserved, and feel all three of the
choices are much preferred over the other candidate locations for two new courts. Also, we do appreciate the
process that you and the city have provided in resolving this issue for our neighborhood and community.
Thanks
Bill and Carol Williams
25 year residents
Pleasanton
William L.
