TASK 8 Deliverables: <br /> ® Draft alternatives <br /> ® Draft costs <br /> ® Technical Reports 4 Alternatives Report defining alternatives, costs, benefits, and <br /> feedback <br /> TASK 9: RECOMMENDATFI NS AND IMPLEMENTATION PLAN <br /> 9.11 Preferred Scenario Selection <br /> m Review with project management team staff the top five (5) scenarios and develop a <br /> prioritization of those scenarios Receive direction on number of scenarios to include in <br /> final report <br /> e Review the analysis and identify preferred scenario (s) <br /> ® Provide cost benefits, and any stakeholder or public input collected in the discussion of <br /> the preferred scenario (s) in the final report <br /> 9.2 Implementation Guidance <br /> ® Address needs for implementation <br /> ® Provide phasing options <br /> ® Provide guidance that will include cost ranges and funding opportunities form local, <br /> countywide, regional, State and Federal sources <br /> ® Identify staff responsible to perform key tasks <br /> ® Highlight major implementation consideration, estimated level of effort, and phasing for <br /> activities that may be appropriate for implantation over a longer horizon <br /> ® Incorporate all information in the final report <br /> TASK 9: Deliverable <br /> ® Draft and Final Report with recommendations and implementation guidance for PPS and <br /> LAVTA <br /> ® In consideration of feedback collected after the presentation of alternatives, Consultant <br /> shall make a set of final recommendations to LAVTA/PPS that respond to comments and <br /> feedback received during the public input process <br /> • Consultant shall develop an implementation plan for the LAVTA/PPS recommended <br /> changes, including identifying costs and potential funding opportunities for each <br /> recommendation Plan should include recommended changes based on feedback from <br /> both agencies <br /> 171Page <br />
