EXHIBIT A <br /> SCO 1 E tF SERVICES <br /> FOR TRI-VALLEY PARATRANSIT STUDY <br /> TASK 1: PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION <br /> The purpose of this task is to ensure the planning process is implemented successfully and that <br /> all modifications to the Work Plan are finalized at the beginning of the study effort <br /> 1.1 Kick-off Meeting <br /> At the onset of the project, an initial kickoff meeting will be held between City of Pleasanton and <br /> LAVTA staff and key members of the Nelson/Nygaard project team The kick-off meeting will <br /> provide an opportunity to <br /> o Introduce project participants <br /> ® Discuss key study issues <br /> o Define work products <br /> $ Confirm the project schedule <br /> o Clarify project roles and responsibilities <br /> o Clarify principles to guide the project <br /> o Develop a preliminary list of key stakeholders, including potential members of the <br /> Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SAC) <br /> 1.2 Finalize Work Plan <br /> Following the initial kick-off meeting and based on any additional input, from PPS and LAVTA <br /> staff Nelson/Nygaard will prepare a complete work plan Work plan will include <br /> o Specific public outreach activities <br /> © A schedule with refinements to proposed project timelines and scheduled presentations <br /> and outreach activities <br /> © Budget <br /> o Hold In-weekly meetings with project management team form PPS and LAVTA to <br /> review current issues and findings and plan for next steps Meetings will be conducted <br /> by phone, but in-person meetings will be held when reviewing critical issues or assessing <br /> next steps <br /> TASK 1 Deliverables: <br /> o Kick-off meeting <br /> o Final scope of work <br /> o Final work plan <br /> o Revised timeline <br /> 7IPage <br />
