ir <br /> Proposal for Pleasanton Downtown Specific Plan Update <br /> Revised Scope and Budget—October 14, 2016 <br /> A77ACE-ErVI ENT 2 <br /> Scope ®f Work <br /> This section outlines our proposed work program for all phases of the update to the Downtown <br /> Pleasanton Specific Plan The program is organized into six tasks, from project initiation to final <br /> hearings, incorporating the work tasks outlined in the RFP The sequence of work products, <br /> community meetings, and City Council/Planning Commission meetings are graphically illustrated in <br /> the schedule diagram that follows <br /> The task-by-task descriptions that follow present our approach to data collection, analysis, policy <br /> formulation, and preparation of documents initials in parentheses following the sub-section heading <br /> identify the lead firm for each sub-task <br /> o D&B Dyett&Bhatia <br /> G CA Callander Associates <br /> o UFS Urban Field Studio <br /> G EPS Economic&Planning Systems <br /> Task fl : Project Start-Up <br /> 1-A Kick-off meeting with City Staff (D&B, CA, UFS) The consultants will meet with <br /> members of the City Community Development Department staff for initial <br /> introduction and organizational meeting and review milestones and outreach <br /> activities The kickoff meeting will be followed by a site tour <br /> 1-B Gather/Review Data and Documents (Team) The City will provide the consultant <br /> team with documents (hard copy and electronic copy), for datasets such as GIS, D&B <br /> will establish a Dropbox folder for City staff to upload files <br /> 1-C Refined Public Outreach Program (D&B) A refined public participation program will <br /> be developed with City staff, using the components identified in subsequent tasks in <br /> the Scope of this proposal This program will include the timing/potential meeting <br /> or activity dates <br /> I <br />
