4 <br />MINUTES <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICTS <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING <br />June 21, 2016 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chair Thorne called the special meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Present: Board members Brown, Narum, Pentin, Chair Thorne <br />Absent: Board member Olson <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />1. Approved Meeting Minutes of May 17, 2016 <br />2. Public Hearing Adopt resolutions approving the annual assessments for the Geologic <br />Hazard Abatement District (GHADS): GHAD Resolution No. 16 -085 OakTree Farm, <br />GHAD Resolution No. 16 -086 Moller Ranch, GHAD Resolution No. 16 -087 Laurel Creek <br />Estates (The Preserve, Oak Hill Estates, and Kolb Ranch Estates), and GHAD <br />Resolution No. 16 -088 Lemoine Ranch Estates; and appropriated $304 from the Sewer <br />Fund and $896 from the Water Fund to the respective Districts <br />Motion: It was m/s by Narum /Pentin to approve the Consent Calendar as recommended.
