City of Pleasanton, Engineering Services <br />City of Pleasanton GHADs <br />PROPOSAL FOR GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICT <br />(GHAD) MONITORING <br />P2016.001.188 <br />August 29, 2016 <br />Page 2 <br />As requested, we will conduct additional inspection events on an as- needed basis as defined by <br />the Plan of Control (e.g. within five days of whenever rainfall exceeds 2 inches in a 24 -hour <br />period as reported by local monitoring stations) for a fixed fee of $2,200 per event, including the <br />summary report. The fees for heavy rainfall events are not included in the fee estimate for <br />scheduled monitoring activities listed above. The as- needed monitoring has only been triggered <br />twice since ENGEO's monitoring responsibilities were initiated at GHAD inception. <br />If you are in agreement with the scope of services and fee, please issue a task authorization letter <br />as our formal authorization to proceed with the above services. <br />We are pleased to be of continued service to you on this project.
