RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE EXISTING MASTER FEE SCHEDULE FOR ANNUAL FIRE CODE & UNIFIED PROGRAM ACTIVITY FEES • WHEREAS, The City of Pleasanton City Council adopted resolution No 15-767 which adopted the master fee schedule for development related services; and WHEREAS, the fee schedule is based upon annual inspections and does not account for businesses who do not require an inspection every year; and WHEREAS, the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department has identified certain types of businesses for which performing inspections every 3 years will meet public safety goals and state requirements. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: SECTION 1. The businesses identified in this category shall be billed annually 1/3rd of the regular annual fee as identified in the master fee schedule. SECTION 2. This class of businesses will pay the full state surcharge as determined by the State of California each year. SECTION 3. This resolution shall become effective 30 days after adoption. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on October 4, 2016.
