Street trees shall be installed along Old Bernal Avenue and Augustine <br /> Street. <br /> The changes noted above shall be shown on the plans submitted to the Building <br /> and Safety Division for plan check and permit issuance and all changes shall be <br /> reviewed and approved by the Community Development Department and <br /> Engineering Department prior to issuance of permits. <br /> 3. The mixed-use space in Residence 1, labeled as "MU" on the floor plan of Exhibit <br /> B, shall not be used, converted, and/or altered for residential use. The MU space <br /> shall be required to meet all applicable building and fire codes. <br /> 4. No additions or expansions are permitted to any structure. The roofing material of all the buildings shall be standing seam metal. All <br /> applicable plan sheets shall be revised and included in the plans submitted to the <br /> Building and Safety Division for plan check and permit issuance and shall be <br /> subject to the review and approval of the Community Development Director prior <br /> to issuance of building permits. <br /> 8. Fencing within the development shall conform to the approved development plan <br /> on file with the Planning Division (Exhibit B). Minor modifications to the fencing <br /> plan may be approved by the Director of Community Development without a PUD <br /> modification. <br /> 9. All signage for the commercial/retail/office spaces of the mixed-use building and <br /> Residence 1 shall confirm to the requirements of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, <br /> Downtown Revitalization District requirements, and the Downtown Design <br /> Guidelines.
