b. Private events/functions, such as graduations, birthdays, retirements, and <br /> religious celebrations, that do not charge admission; <br /> c. Indoor training, seminars, workshops, and enrichment classes, no more <br /> than three consecutive days and no more than one class at a time; <br /> d. Up to one catering business at any given time with no more than five staff <br /> members; <br /> e. Public uses, such as a voting center/poll station, health fairs and <br /> screenings; <br /> f. Other similar uses determined by the Director of Community Development <br /> to be consistent with the approval. <br /> 5. Hours of Operation at the Masonic Lodge shall be the following: <br /> Use of the Masonic Lodge Building: 9:00 a.m. — 11:00 p.m. daily <br /> No outdoor events are allowed. <br /> 6. If additional hours of operation or activities beyond that stated in the Miller Starr <br /> and Regalia' written narrative, dated "May 23, 2013," on file in the Planning <br /> Division, are desired, prior City review and approval is required. The Director of <br /> Community Development may approve the modification or refer the matter to the <br /> Planning Commission if judged to be substantial. <br /> 7. A minimum of two Masonic Lodge members shall be on-site to monitor all rental <br /> uses that use the outdoor areas, take hourly sound decibel readings at the <br /> property lines, and enforce noise standards. <br /> 8. The Masonic Lodge shall continue to share the event scheduling calendar and <br /> coordinate events with St. Clare's Episcopal Church to avoid scheduling conflicts <br /> that could affect the shared parking lot. <br /> 9. Rental agreements for the Masonic Lodge shall be undertaken directly with the <br /> representatives of the Masonic Lodge. <br /> 10.The kitchen door on the north side of the building shall remain closed but not <br /> locked during business hours and shall be used as an emergency exit. <br /> 11.The existing double/French door shall be replaced by a solid door. The solid <br /> door shall be installed within 30 days from the date this approval becomes <br /> effective and shall be used for emergency exiting only. <br /> 12.The doors (exterior) of the building shall remain closed when not being used for <br /> ingress/egress purposes. The applicant shall install self-closing mechanisms <br /> within 30 days from the date when this approval becomes effective.
