Operation Services Center — Environmental Services /Utilities Division <br />59. The sewer line shall be private from the new manhole on St. John Street into the <br />development. Prior to submitting to the Building and Safety Division for plan check, <br />sheet C6 of Exhibit B shall be revised to reflect this requirement. <br />Livermore - Pleasanton Fire Department <br />60. On -site access ways and internal drives, excluding the two guest parking spaces, <br />shall be designated as fire lanes and identified as such by red curb striping and <br />posted with signs. Signs shall be according to state standards and read "No <br />Parking — Fire Lane." The red curb striping and sign location(s) and language shall <br />be shown on the plans submitted to the Building and Safety Division for plan check <br />and permit issuance and shall be subject to the review and approval of the Fire <br />Department prior to issuance of building permits. <br />Traffic Division <br />61. The curb cut that extends between 568 and 550 St. John Street, located on the <br />west end of the project's frontage, shall be redesigned to include a new tapered <br />edge on the east side of the curb cut located at 568 St. John Street. The redesign <br />details shall be shown on the plans submitted to the Building and Safety Division <br />for plan check and shall be subject to the review and approval of the Traffic Division <br />and Engineering Department prior to issuance of permits. <br />62. Comprehensive traffic control measures shall be implemented during construction, <br />including scheduling of major truck trips and deliveries, to avoid peak travel hours. <br />If necessary, as determined by the Traffic Engineer, proper lane closure <br />procedures such as flagger stations, signage, cones, and other warning devices <br />shall be implemented during construction. <br />63. The haul route for all materials to and from the project site shall be approved by <br />the City's Traffic Engineer prior to issuance of a building permit, and shall include <br />the provision to monitor the street surfaces used for the haul route so that any <br />damage and debris attributable to the haul trucks is identified and corrected at the <br />expense of the project applicant or developer. <br />64. The plans submitted to the Building and Safety Division for plan check shall include <br />improvement plans for this development that contain signage and striping details. <br />Said improvement plans shall be subject to the review and approval of the City <br />Traffic Engineer prior to building permit issuance. <br />STANDARD CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />Planning Division <br />65. The proposed Planned Unit Development Plan shall conform substantially to the <br />project plans, color palette, and arborist report, Exhibit B, dated "Received June <br />P16 -1201, P16 -1202 & PUD -120, Catalyst Development City Council <br />Page 12 of 30 <br />
