Foothill Road Bicycle Master Plan for the City of Pleasanton <br /> contingencies <br /> Delivery Date:Three weeks after comments are received on the Preliminary Improvement Matrix. <br /> TASK 5:DRAFT MASTER PLAN DOCUMENT <br /> Comments from the City on the deliverables from Tasks 2, 3,and 4 will be incorporated into the Draft Foothill Road <br /> Bicycle Master Plan Report.This document will be produced in Microsoft Word and the draft plan will be circulated <br /> to City staff for review. City staff can indicate whether the BPTC should also review the draft document. <br /> Deliverables:Draft Foothill Road Bicycle Master Plan Report. <br /> Delivery Date:Draft Report will be submitted three weeks after comments are received on Conceptual Designs <br /> and Cost Estimates. <br /> TASK 6:FINAL MASTER PLAN DOCUMENT <br /> One round of consolidated comments from City staff and/or the BPTC on the Draft Report will be incorporated into <br /> the Final Foothill Road Bicycle Master Plan Report.We will provide five hard copies of the final master plan and an <br /> electronic PDF copy of the final document. <br /> Deliverables:Final Foothill Road Bicycle Master Plan Report(five printed copies and one electronic copy) <br /> Delivery Date:Final Report will be submitted two weeks after comments are received on the Draft Report. <br /> FEHRt PEERS H <br />
