be subject to the review and approval by the Director of Community Development <br /> prior to issuance of building permits for the project. The applicant's noise <br /> consultant shall review the applicable noise mitigations shown on the building <br /> permit plans to ensure that the recommendations have been properly incorporated <br /> into the design. The consultant shall certify in writing that such recommendations <br /> have been followed. <br /> 19. The developer shall submit a vibration study prior to submitting a Parcel Map or <br /> plans to the Building and Safety Division for plan check. Said study shall be <br /> reviewed and approval by the Director of Community Development and Chief <br /> Building Official. Should the report require increasing the height of the structures <br /> to implement any necessary foundation requirements/mitigations, said height <br /> changes shall be reviewed and approved by the Director of Community <br /> Development prior to approval of a Parcel Map or issuance of a building permit. <br /> 20. The applicant shall retain Tree Nos. 90 and 91 noted in the tree report prepared <br /> by Traverso Tree Service, dated "January 18, 2016," on file with the Planning <br /> Division. Prior to issuance of a grading or building permit, the project developer <br /> shall install a temporary six foot tall chain-link fence (or other fence type acceptable <br /> to the Director of Community Development) generally along the existing tree drip <br /> lines, as shown on the plans. The fencing shall remain in place until the final <br /> landscape inspection by the Community Development Department. Removal of <br /> such fencing prior to that time may result in a "stop work order." Said revisions <br /> shall be subject to the review and approval by the Director of Community <br /> Development prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> 21. All trees used in landscaping shall be a minimum of twenty-four (24) inch box-size <br /> and all shrubs shall be a minimum of five (5) gallons. <br /> 22. The current State of California's Green Building Standards Code, "CALGreen," shall <br /> apply, as applicable. <br /> 23. The buildings covered by this approval shall comply with the current City of <br /> Pleasanton's Garbage Service's recycling and composting programs. The trash <br /> enclosure shall be sized to accommodate both trash and recycling containers. The <br /> trash and recycling containers shall be kept inside the enclosure at all times, <br /> except during pick-up times. The trash enclosure shall meet all City and Livermore <br /> Pleasanton Fire Department requirements. <br /> 24. A minimum of one appliance or system that meets Energy Star standards shall be <br /> installed in each residential unit and MU space as part of the project. The <br /> appliance(s) or system(s) shall be stated on the plans submitted for issuance of a <br /> building permit. <br /> 25. All buildings shall be constructed to allow for future installation of a photovoltaic (PV) <br /> system and solar water heating systems. The project applicant shall comply with <br /> PUD-118&P16-0203 4791 Augustine Street <br /> Draft Conditions of Approval 4 of 27 Mixed-Use Development <br />
