I also support the removal of the <br /> structures and the trees. <br /> What I don't support is the 3 story buildings. My property is at 4745 Augustine St and its zoned residential with 40'max <br /> height.When I presented 3 story plans with 32' high buildings for my property,staff did not support it.The planning <br /> commission also recommended the same. I had to scale back my plans to accommodate this. <br /> Now for the property in question,the current zoning allows for 30' high buildings. <br /> I strongly encourage and recommend that the property owner present a 2 story option so it's FAIR.Also I would <br /> recommend that the city move forward with its proposed 2 story policy in downtown and make it planning code asap. <br /> I would hate to have a 3 story building overlooking my property. <br /> Having said this, I would like to also show my support for the project in general and hope the planning commission &city <br /> council moves forward with the 2 story residential/mixed use PUD. I do not support only office/commercial <br /> development on that property.The design and architecture look fine and are a great addition to the neighborhood. <br /> Let me know if there are further meetings on this. <br /> Best, <br /> Alok <br />
