ATTACHMENT I <br /> SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> This Second Amendment to Agreement ("Second Amendment") is entered into the 1611h day of <br /> August 2016 by the City of Pleasanton ("City") and RMC Water and Environment ("Consultant"). <br /> Whereas, on September 2, 2014 the City and Consultant entered into an Agreement for <br /> Professional Services ("Agreement") (Agreement 14-1265C) where Consultant is providing professional <br /> engineering and design services for Recycled Water Infrastructure Expansion—Phase 1 A CIP #141026 <br /> project; and <br /> Whereas, on June 16, 2015 the City and Consultant entered into First Amendment for the <br /> Professional Services ("Agreement") (Agreement 14-1265C) where first amendment extended the term <br /> of the agreement, increased the scope and fee of the contract for professional engineering and design <br /> services for the bid and construction phase for Recycled Water Infrastructure Expansion—Phase I A CIP <br /> #141026 project; and <br /> Whereas, additional time and services are needed from the Consultant for professional <br /> engineering and design services for the Ken Mercer Sports Park Booster Station design for the project; <br /> and <br /> Whereas,the parties desire to amend to the Agreement to extend the time and compensation for <br /> such additional services. <br /> Now, therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br /> the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Exhibit A of the Agreement is amended to add the following: Design of Additional <br /> Improvements Proposed Booster Station and Reservoir Improvements Scope of Work <br /> dated June 30, 2016 as attached here in as Exhibit B <br /> 2. Section 4 Term of the Agreement shall be extended to April 30, 2017. <br /> 3. The total compensation for all services and reimbursement listed under Section 5 <br /> Compensation of the Agreement shall be increased to One Million, Five Hundred and <br /> Fourteen Thousand and Seventy Four Dollars ($1,514,074). [Additional Design Services <br /> for Booster Station an additional $74,687] <br /> 4.
