(4) Applicant, and his successors, be advised that <br /> sufficient sanitary sewer connections are not <br /> now available to sewer the subject property and <br /> that the time schedule when service will become <br /> available is uncertain~ that the subject pro <br /> ty is in the Valley Community Services District <br /> sewage treatment service area and that it is <br /> not on the existing VCSD priority list as set <br /> forth in Exhibit B to a Settlement Agreement <br /> dated November 8, 1972~ that without listing <br /> on the priority list it may be many years <br /> VCSD has capacity for the subject site~ that <br /> the Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant will not serve <br /> the subject property under any conditions~ that <br /> a building permit cannot be issued for cons~ <br /> tion on the property until sewage treatment <br /> capacity is available or a private sewage dis- <br /> posal system is approved by the City Council~ <br /> that any approval of a private sewage disposal <br /> system would not entitle the development to <br /> any priority for a sewer connection~ that if <br /> the development were approved for a private <br /> sewage disposal system, the property will <br /> remain on said system until sewer capacity <br /> becomes available at VCSD at some unknown <br /> future date~ applicant would be responsible for <br /> the costs associated with said private disposal <br /> system until such time that permission was <br /> obtained to connect to the Valley Community <br /> Services District treatment plant. <br /> <br />Section 3. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton is amended <br /> <br /> in accordance with this zoning as set forth herein. <br /> <br />Section 4. The City Clerk shall transmit a copy of this ordinance <br /> to the applicant and any other interested party request- <br /> ing the same. <br /> <br />Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days <br /> <br />after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br />Section 6.
