Attachment 3 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON SETTING <br />COMPENSATION AND AMENDING THE TEMPORARY, PART- TIME/SEASONAL <br />CLASSIFICATION SALARY STRUCTURE <br />WHEREAS, compensation for the City's temporary employees is set forth in the City's <br />Temporary, Part- time/Seasonal Classification Salary Structure; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to <br />increase the salary structure; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to <br />amend the temporary classifications as necessary. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />SECTION 1. Approves a revision to the Temporary, Part- time /Seasonal Classification <br />Salary Structure, effective July 30, 2016, for temporary employees as provided in Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 2.
