Thus, the total Project fee estimate is up to $51,400. If less time is required <br />for Task 3. Public Process, then the fee may be less than cited. <br />ALH Economics' urban decay report will be based upon time sensitive information. If ESA, the City of <br />Pleasanton, or other Project team review of the report or submission of the report to the public is <br />delayed such that the time sensitive information becomes outdated and requires an update, additional <br />time and fees will be required to complete this update. Depending upon the duration of the delay, <br />the associated time and fees may be significant. A changed assumption regarding the Project opening <br />date or size of the Project after completion of the draft report will also necessitate substantial edits to <br />the report, resulting in additional time and fees. ALH Economics has no obligation to update the <br />report based upon changed Project assumptions subsequent to delivery of the first report <br />draft. <br />The estimated fee and timeframe described above are valid for 90 days from the date of this <br />proposal. If this contract is executed at any time after 90 days of the proposal date, ALH Economics <br />reserves the right to revise the estimated fee and timeframe. <br />PAGE 9 <br />
