Develop Alternatives As required by CLQA Guide/iues Scclion I5126.6(a). an 15112 shall describe a reasonable range of alternatives to a prgjeel. including an "environmentally superior" alternative and a "no project" alternative. The alternatives will he formulated based on projccl impacts, the alternatives discussed in the previous EIR(s) and input from City staff. I3ccause the currcnl project represents only a pinion of the City. one or more alternatives specific to the project site may be analyzed. Task 4. Public Draft SEIR and Notices ESA project management staff and hey technical stuff, as appropriate. will attend a roundtable to discuss the City's comments on the Administrative Draft SI:IR. After ESA completes any necessary modifications to the Administrative Draft SEIR. we will produce and submit a scr encheek (final pre- publication redlined version) of the Draft SEIR for approval by the City. Upon City approval. ESA will print and submit up to 20 copies. and digital copies. or the Draft SEIR and Notice of Availability (NOA ) to the City fix distribution. ESA will he responsible lin distribution the appropriate Drali SEIR and transmittal information to the State Clearinghouse with the Notice of C'ontplclion (NCH.'). ESA trill provide three hard copies ol'all notices to the City. in addition to digital copies. and It ill provide the City with one unfound copy of the Drali SEIR. Task 5.
