SECTION 2. The City Council approves Case PUD-116 the application of Frank <br /> Berlogar of the Frank Berlogar Trust for a Planned Unit Development(PUD) development <br /> plan (Case PUD-116) to construct two new detached single-family homes on new <br /> separate lots and retain a reminder lot that containing the existing residence and second <br /> unit on an approximately 34.3-acre site located at 88 Silver Oaks Court; and subject to <br /> the conditions shown on Exhibit A, attached and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> SECTION 3. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times", a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen <br /> (15) days in the City Clerk's Office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> The foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council <br /> of the City of Pleasanton on June 7, 2016 and adopted at a regular meeting of the City <br /> Council of the City of Pleasanton on June 21, 2016 by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: Councilmember Olson <br /> Abstain: None (/ <br /> JIA <br /> Jeri T .rne, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Kare Diaz, City lerk <br /> APPOVED AS TO FORM: <br /> aniel Sodergren, City Attorney <br />
