6 <br /> THE CITY OF <br /> LEAS .,.re..: <br /> P �NTONo CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> June 21, 2016 <br /> Engineering <br /> TITLE: ACCEPT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR PARCEL MAP 9776 <br /> LOCATED AT 5 TUSCANY PLACE <br /> SUMMARY <br /> Parcel Map 9776 created two residential lots on an approximately 20-acre site located at <br /> 5 Tuscany Place. The property is located on the southwest corner of the intersection of <br /> Old Vineyard Avenue and Safreno Way, as shown on Attachment 1. All subdivision <br /> improvements have been constructed and public improvements are ready for acceptance. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Accept all public improvements constructed with PM 9776 for normal maintenance. <br /> 2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There will be a minimal increase to the budget for the maintenance of Tuscany Place (a <br /> public street) and the public utilities within Tuscany Place, including a water main, sanitary <br /> sewer main, and storm drain system. Revenue from taxes generally covers the increased <br /> cost to provide services and maintain infrastructure. <br />
