Calculations signed by a registered civil engineer shall accompany the <br /> wall plans. <br /> 95.At the time of building permit plan submittal, the project applicants shall submit a <br /> final grading and drainage plan prepared by a licensed civil engineer depicting all <br /> final grades and on-site drainage control measures to prevent stormwater runoff <br /> onto adjoining properties. <br /> Fire <br /> 96. The applicants shall keep the site free of fire hazards from the start of lumber <br /> construction until the final inspection. <br /> 97.
