Oppose any legislation that preempts local authority. <br /> Protect Local Control and <br /> Fiscal Sustainability 2. Oppose any new program mandates that are <br /> unfunded and/or partially funded. <br /> 1. Support efforts to secure funding for Route 84. <br /> 2. Support BART to ACE <br /> Sustainable Development, <br /> Pleasanton's Infrastructure and 3. Support a long-term transportation authorization bill that <br /> Foster Economic Prosperity provides continuous appropriations of new monies <br /> directly to cities to help them plan for the preservation, <br /> maintenance,rehabilitation and development of local <br /> infrastructure. <br /> 1. Support efforts to secure funding for regional recycled <br /> water project. <br /> Sustainable Development and <br /> 2. Support efforts to secure funding to address water <br /> Pleasanton'S Infrastructure supply, sewer,storm water, flood control, development <br /> of new infrastructure and maintenance of existing <br /> infrastructure. <br /> 51 Page <br />
