Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 4. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2144 for P16-0826, amending Chapters <br /> 18.68, 19.04, 19.20, and 19.22 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code for concurrent processing <br /> 5. Public Hearing: Introduced and waived first reading of Ordinance No. 2145 approving the <br /> application of Amanda Gagliardi for Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plan, at 1027 Rose <br /> Avenue, as filed under Case PUD-112 and adopted and waived full reading of Resolution No. <br /> 16454 approving a Growth Management Agreement with Amanda Gagliardi for the construction <br /> of three single-family homes at 1027 Rose Avenue <br /> 6. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 16-855 approving the Alameda County <br /> Transportation Commission Master Programs Funding Agreement for Measure B, Measure BB <br /> and VRF revenues <br /> 7. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute a professional services contract with Cal <br /> Engineering & Geology (CE&G) in the amount of $49,994 to provide planning and engineering <br /> services for a bicycle and pedestrian bridge over the Arroyo Mocho Canal, and the allocated grant <br /> funding of $25,000 from the Alameda County Transportation Commission to the Bicycle and <br /> Pedestrian Related Improvement project, CIP No. 155043 <br />
