DISCUSSION PerfectMind Technology, Inc. was established in 2000, with a track record of successful implementations in 21 countries, including health and education markets. In 2010, PerfectMind Technology, Inc. expanded into the public sector with their first client being the Richmond Olympic Oval in British Columbia. The Oval was built for the 2010 Olympics Winter games in British Columbia, and since then has been converted into an immense recreation center hosting hundreds of programs and events annually. In 2015, the Los Gatos-Saratoga Recreation District and the cities of Cupertino and Brentwood have also selected PerfectMind Technology, Inc. as their recreation management software vendor. More recently, the cities of Walnut Creek and San Ramon have identified PerfectMind Technology, Inc. as their preferred vendor under consideration. PerfectMind Technology, Inc. is an advanced cloud-based product which provides all the necessary functionality, plus many additional features as well as mobile applications. The system would provide departmental interconnectivity with real time access to customer information at any location. The product offers a fully customizable management solution with the ability to automate many tasks which are now accomplished manually, from calculating instructor payments to notifying wait-listed customers of availability in programs via email or text. The system encourages a paperless environment, with the ability to scan documents and attach to an electronic record (a key requirement not available with Active Net). In addition, the PerfectMind Technology, Inc. marketing tool with integrated email will enable staff to analyze membership usage, define our market, and appeal to prospective clients. Targeted email campaigns, promotions, or newsletter can be tailored based on customer interests (another key requirement not available with Active Net). As a result of the email/text functionality, the City will be able to reduce reliance on another software vendor, thereby reducing staff time and product costs. Customers can share their recreational activities with friends via social media. PefectMind's Technology, Inc. calendar syncs with Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, Android, and Apple iOS calendars for added customer convenience (another key requirement not available with Active Net). Access to the system is available via the internet and from any mobile device with access to the intemet, via a mobile responsive interface.
