Technical Requirements <br /> PerfectMIND will provide a SaaS solution,the only requirement for operating and using the <br /> proposed solution will be broadband internet connection and access to the internet via a web <br /> browser with all standard browsers being supported (recommended browsers will be <br /> communicated to Customer during the implementation phase). <br /> Customer Testing <br /> PerfectMIND will develop a test plan for Customer that covers system and functional, testing. <br /> After all of the components of the system have been completed, Customer will conduct system <br /> and functional testing. Customer will report any defects to PeIfectMIND immediately for <br /> correction. If any defects are found,PerfectMIND will provide a plan to achieve acceptance or to <br /> make corrections or replacements. <br /> Training <br /> PerfectMIND will provide full training to system administrators and trainers (number of system <br /> administrator and trainers to be determined at the discretion of Customer). PerfectMIND will <br /> develop a training plan for Customer to fully prepare the system administrators to support the <br /> system. The training plan will include: <br /> • In-depth understanding of the system functionalities, including: <br /> • Security Settings <br /> • Workflow Development <br /> • Report Development <br /> • Software Configuration <br /> • A review of best practices in the configuration and use of the system. <br /> • Training sessions on different modules of the system, including: <br /> • Contact/Account Management <br /> • Store/Point of Sale Training <br /> • Membership Management <br /> • Attendance Tracking <br /> • Billing Management <br /> • Activity/Program Registration <br /> • Facility Rental <br /> • Appointments and Private Lesson scheduling <br /> • Marketing <br /> • Staff Management <br /> • Accounting <br /> • Document Template creation and configuration <br /> • Troubleshooting <br /> PerfectMIND will provide technical assistance to Customer's IT staff on the operation of the <br /> system. PerfectMIND will investigate and troubleshoot any technical issues with the system that <br /> Customer's IT staff report to PerfectMIND. <br /> 3 <br />
