EXHIBIT B <br /> Statement of Work <br /> Scope/Project Management and Planning <br /> PerfectMIND will responsible for planning and managing the project, using best practices <br /> generally recognized as good project management methodology, and designating a Project <br /> Manager for the project, who will be responsible for: <br /> • Adherence to the project scope and schedule <br /> • Management of work activities including system design and installation, system <br /> configuration, data conversion, testing and quality assurance, administrator and end-user <br /> training, and go-live support <br /> • Coordination of resources,work sessions, and training <br /> • Communications <br /> • Managing project issues and issue tracking <br /> • Status reports <br /> • Status calls to provide updates <br /> • Working with the designated Customer project manager <br /> • Deliverable acceptance and sign-off <br /> The frequency and other details of the reports will be agreed upon during the discovery phase. In <br /> addition to the Project Manager,PerfectMIND will assign appropriate staff to complete the <br /> deliverables described in this Statement of Work, including at minimum: system installation, <br /> software configuration, data conversion,testing, administration and end-user training and go-live <br /> support. <br /> Timeline <br /> Customer is planning to implement the solution by Jan 2017 with the following estimated <br /> timeline. PerfectMlND is expected to recommend an overall implementation plan and timeline <br /> based on their experience with implementations of similar scope and complexity.
