Training <br /> Following the review, development and approval of policy and procedures, RAC shall provide a <br /> joint workshop for the Human Services and Parks &Recreation Commission(s)and training for <br /> key staff which will include the following topics: <br /> • The registration process • Administrative requirements <br /> • Intake/assessment process included in ADA Tide II <br /> • Planning the supports after the • Reasonable Modifications—what are <br /> intake/assessment they, how are they delivered, who <br /> • Communication/marketing delivers, and how are they evaluated <br /> • Implementation <br /> • Evaluation <br /> It is estimated that this training could be provided in one day. <br /> Timing <br /> • Begin work July 1, 2016. <br /> • Meet with City staff,by way of a remote medium, to discuss policy issues in general, and <br /> collect or identify policies to be reviewed. <br /> • Complete policy review <br /> • Final Report with Recommendations <br /> • Adoption of Policies and Recommendations <br /> • Training <br /> • Estimated completion of work by December 2016 <br /> Follow Up/As Needed Consultation <br /> The City of Pleasanton would like to retain RAC, based on an hourly rate, for general advice <br /> and/or questions which may include but not be limited to modifications,inclusion,assessment, <br /> communication with persons with disabilities. <br /> Compensation <br /> Access and Inclusion Policy Development Costs: $18,800 <br /> Staff Training: $7.360 <br /> Total: $26,160 <br /> 7IPage <br />
