Section 2. The following properties, described by reference to Assessor's parcel numbers and generally shown on the exhibits attached hereto are hereby classified S (Study) District for a period of four (4) months, unless extended, or until permanent zoning is affixed thereto, whichever is earlier: 941-3570-1-2 94-127-29,30, 31, 32, 33, 34-1, 946-2528-6 94-127-34-2, 35, 36-1, 38-1, 946-2528-7-1,2,3,&4 94-127-39-1, 40-6, 40-7, 40-4, 946-3940-3-6, 5-3 9~.--127-40-10, 40-17, 40-20, 40-9 946-2577-5-14 94-127-50-2, 55-4, 55-8 946-3930 and 3947-2, 3, 4,5,6,7,8,9, 10, 11 946-3215-2-2 941-800-3-2 Section 3. This ordinance is declared to be adopted pursuant to Section 65858 of the Government Code of the State of California and is necessary and required to protect the public safety, health and welfare of the citizens of the City of Pleasanton for the reason stated above. Section 4. Alluses which are in conflict with the S (Study District) zoning classification of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton are hereby prohibited on the above described proper- ties. Section 5. The City Council directs the Planning Commission and the City Staff to undertake and conduct the necessary studies required and to report back to the City Council as soon as feasi- ble. Section 6. This ordinance shall be of force and effect immediately upon its passage and adoption and shall be of no further force and effect four (4) months from the date of its adoption thereof unless extended as provided by law, or unless, prior to expiration, permanent zoning districts are established with respect to the properties herein described.
