Section 2. The following properties, described by reference <br />to Assessor's parcel numbers and generally shown on the exhibits <br />attached hereto are hereby classified S (Study) District for a <br />period of four (4) months, unless extended, or until permanent <br />zoning is affixed thereto, whichever is earlier: <br /> <br /> 941-3570-1-2 94-127-29,30, 31, 32, 33, 34-1, <br /> 946-2528-6 94-127-34-2, 35, 36-1, 38-1, <br /> 946-2528-7-1,2,3,&4 94-127-39-1, 40-6, 40-7, 40-4, <br /> 946-3940-3-6, 5-3 9~.--127-40-10, 40-17, 40-20, 40-9 <br /> 946-2577-5-14 94-127-50-2, 55-4, 55-8 <br /> 946-3930 and 3947-2, 3, <br /> 4,5,6,7,8,9, 10, 11 <br /> 946-3215-2-2 <br /> 941-800-3-2 <br /> <br /> Section 3. This ordinance is declared to be adopted pursuant <br />to Section 65858 of the Government Code of the State of California <br />and is necessary and required to protect the public safety, health <br />and welfare of the citizens of the City of Pleasanton for the <br />reason stated above. <br /> <br /> Section 4. Alluses which are in conflict with the S (Study <br />District) zoning classification of the Ordinance Code of the City <br />of Pleasanton are hereby prohibited on the above described proper- <br />ties. <br /> <br /> Section 5. The City Council directs the Planning Commission <br />and the City Staff to undertake and conduct the necessary studies <br />required and to report back to the City Council as soon as feasi- <br />ble. <br /> <br /> Section 6. This ordinance shall be of force and effect <br />immediately upon its passage and adoption and shall be of no <br />further force and effect four (4) months from the date of its <br />adoption thereof unless extended as provided by law, or unless, <br />prior to expiration, permanent zoning districts are established <br />with respect to the properties herein described. <br /> <br /> Section 7.
