CONCLUSION
Staff believes that the proposed project would be in keeping with the character of
existing homes on Rose Avenue. The proposed development standards are similar to
those of the existing neighborhood. The proposed design guidelines would ensure that
homes would be architecturally compatible with the existing homes in the area. With
the modified design of the front porch, the home on Lot 4 will be attractively designed
and compatible with the aesthetic character of the Rose Avenue corridor. Therefore,
staff recommends approval of the applications.
Submitted by: Fiscal Re iew: Approve by:
/
Gerry Beaudin Tina Olson Nelson Fialho
Director of Community Director of Finance City Manager
Development
Attachments:
1.
