The site, known as the Nolan property, is approximately 1.55 acres and is currently <br /> occupied by an existing 1,638-square-foot single-family residence. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The applicant proposes to retain the existing single-family residence and construct three <br /> new homes. The homes would be located on three new lots with the following areas: <br /> Lot 1: 11,996 square feet <br /> Lot 2: 12,683 square feet <br /> Lot 3: 21,563 square feet (containing the existing residence) <br /> Lot 4: 21,100 square feet <br /> Access to Lots 1 and 2 would be from Creek Trail Drive, and access to Lots 3 and 4 <br /> would be from Rose Avenue. Figure 2 shows the proposed site plan.
