Compilation of Existing Information for Site and Adjoining Facilities <br /> • Iron Horse Trail Feasibility Study and Master Plan between Santa Rita Road to the <br /> Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station <br /> • Plans and reports for Stoneridge Road and Santa Rita Road vehicular bridges <br /> • Improvement,grading,utility,and landscaping plans and geotechnical reports for <br /> adjacent subdivisions <br /> • Information for the project developed as part of the City of Pleasanton's planning <br /> activities <br /> • Plans for recently completed segment of the Iron Horse Trail to the north <br /> • As-built plans for the Arroyo Mocho Trail in the vicinity of the project site <br /> • 2014 LIDAR data from City of Pleasanton <br /> • Hydraulics report for Arroyo Mocho creek showing design water surface elevations. <br /> • As-built drawings for Zone 7 demineralization plant <br /> • Easements maps for all City and Zone 7 properties <br /> 2. Development of Consensus Project Objectives <br /> • Conduct two meetings between the design team,the City of Pleasanton,and Zone 7 <br /> Water Agency to identify project objectives,design standards,and preferences <br /> • Prepare a project objectives memorandum to summarize what was discussed during <br /> the meetings,present the agreed upon project description,and public information flyer. <br /> Meeting notes will be included as an attachment <br /> Deliverables: <br /> o Project Objectives Memorandum <br /> 3. Bridge Site and Type Selection <br /> The bridge will be located along Arroyo Mocho in the reach between the Stoneridge Drive <br /> Bridge and the Santa Rita Road Bridge. Three bridge locations will be evaluated at the <br /> west,middle,and eastern ends of this reach. To complete the bridge site and type <br /> selection,the following tasks will be completed: <br /> • Site reconnaissance <br /> • Develop base map using LiDAR data and aerial photographs <br /> • Prepare site plan using(AutoCAD Civil 3D) which includes an aerial orthophoto, <br /> topography,surface features,known utilities,easements,and right-of-ways <br /> • Develop preliminary bridge layout alternatives <br /> • Compile list of existing Iron Horse trail bridge types <br /> • Prepare site and bridge type selection memorandum to present recommended bridge <br /> alignment and type and approaches <br />
