This new agreement will replace the existing agreements <br /> between Alameda CTC and the City of Pleasanton. The new agreement will serve as the <br /> contract for distribution and receipt of current Measure B transportation sales tax <br /> revenues, Measure BB transportation sales tax revenues and Vehicle Registration Fee <br /> (VRF) revenues. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Adopt the Resolution to approve the 10-year Alameda CTC Master Programs Funding <br /> Agreement <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> Execution of the Master Programs Funding Agreement prior to July 1, 2016, will allow an <br /> uninterrupted flow of transportation funds to the City from Measure B, Measure BB and <br /> VRF revenues. <br />
