CONTRACT FOR CONTRACTOR GOODS/SERVICES <br /> HANSEN PARK LIGHT POLE REPLACEMENT <br /> THIS CONTRACT FOR CONTRACTOR GOODS/SERVICES <br /> HANSEN PARK LIGHT POLE REPLACEMENT(the"Contract")is made and entered into this 13th day <br /> of May,2016 by and between Bockman&Woody Electric Co.,Inc.,("Contractor"),whose address <br /> is 1528 El Pinal Drive, Stockton, CA 95201 and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal <br /> corporation("City"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, the City has awarded to the Contractor a contract for park light pole replacement at <br /> Hansen Park in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein, the parties agree <br /> as follows: <br /> 1. Work to be performed. The work will generally consist of light pole removal, installation and <br /> related activities as described in Special Provisions of Exhibit A. <br /> Said work is more particularly shown in the following documents which are on file with the <br /> Operation Services Department of the City and are incorporated herein by this reference: <br /> A. Request for Bids entitled Hansen Park Light Pole Replacement. <br /> B. Contract Amendments approved by the City, done in accordance with Standard <br /> Specifications or direction of the Parks Superintendent. <br /> C. The Bid submitted to the City by the Contractor. <br /> D. General Provisions and Special Provisions - Exhibit A. <br /> E. Manufacture's Light Pole Specifications—Appendix 1. <br /> F. Project Site Maps—Appendix 2. <br /> G. Footing and Concrete Detail—Appendix 3. <br /> 2. Compensation. For the work described in Special Provisions, City shall pay Contractor in a lump <br /> sum amount, not to exceed $260,000. <br /> 3. Method of Payment. Payment shall occur upon completion of work, acceptance by City staff, and <br /> submission by Contractor of a request for payment. <br />
