recommendations by the City's on-call consultant as determined by the City Engineer. <br /> Traffic Division <br /> 38. Comprehensive traffic control measures shall be implemented during construction, <br /> including scheduling of major truck trips and deliveries, to avoid peak travel hours. If <br /> necessary, as determined by the Traffic Engineer, proper lane closure procedures such <br /> as flagger stations, signage, cones, and other warning devices shall be implemented <br /> during construction. <br /> 39. The sidewalk on the south side of Dublin Canyon Road along the project frontage shall be <br /> a minimum of 6 feet wide. This sidewalk shall continue easterly to the Dublin Canyon <br /> Road/Laurel Creek Drive intersection. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant <br /> ramps shall be installed at the intersection and be connected to the existing sidewalk at <br /> the east side of Laurel Creek Drive. <br /> 40. A minimum of six-foot wide bike lane shall be installed on both sides of Dublin Canyon <br /> Road along the project frontage. The eastbound right turn lane at the project shall be <br /> used for both vehicular right turns and bikes (i.e., there shall be no bike specific striping <br /> through the turn pocket). The applicant shall submit plans showing this revision subject to <br /> review and approval by the Traffic Engineer as part of the subdivision improvement plan. <br /> Landscaping <br /> 41. Prior to building permit finals for the new homes, landscaping along Dublin Canyon Road <br /> and on both sides of the private street shall be installed and inspected by Planning <br /> Division. All rear and side yard landscaping designs shall be submitted for review and <br /> approval by the Planning Division prior to installation. Plant species shall be of drought- <br /> tolerant nature and suitable for reclaimed water, and the irrigation design shall utilize low- <br /> volume drip, bubbler, or other water conserving irrigation systems to the maximum extent <br /> possible. Landscaping installation in the rear and side yards shall be installed within nine <br /> (9) months of occupancy. <br /> 42. The project developer shall comply with the recommendations of the tree report prepared <br /> by Hort Science, Inc., dated "Received October 12, 2015," on file with the Planning <br /> Division. The applicant/project developer shall arrange for the horticultural consultant to <br /> conduct a field inspection prior to issuance of City permits to ensure that all <br /> recommendations have been properly implemented. The consultant shall certify in writing <br /> that such recommendations have been followed <br /> 43. A final landscape and irrigation plan shall be submitted to and approved by Director of <br /> Community Development as part of the building permit plan set prior to issuance of a <br /> building permit. Said landscape plan shall include the planting of additional trees on the <br /> project site to mitigate the loss of existing trees. The planting shall be detailed in terms of <br /> species, location, size, quantities, and spacing. Plant species shall be of drought-tolerant <br /> nature and suitable for reclaimed water, and the irrigation design shall utilize low-volume <br /> Case No. PUD-115, 11249 Dublin Canyon Planning Commission <br /> Page 8 of 24 <br />
