Ayes: Councilmembers Brown, Olson, Narum, Mayor Thorne <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Councilmember Pentin <br />City Manager Fialho stated that this now triggers an election campaign through June and it is important <br />that City offices, equipment, or email should not be used for the preparation of arguments, rebuttals, or <br />any other campaign purposes. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL - None <br />COUNCIL REPORTS <br />Mayor Thorne invited interested parties to attend the upcoming League of California Cities meeting in <br />Walnut Creek where there will be debate on open seats throughout the state. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m. The Council extended a <br />tribute to our nation's men and women serving in the military.
