Demolition of the site is scheduled to begin on May 20 followed by a ground
breaking ceremony. The timeline for construction will be approximately 11- months after which
work will begin on Pleasanton Gardens.
Commissioner Lombardo questioned whether MidPenn would be picking up the rent differential
for Kottinger Place tenants being placed at other locations during the renovation process. He
also discussed the number of people that had shown interest in the affordable units at the
Galloway Property.
Ms. Reisner advised that the April meeting agenda would include items discussed by the
Commission at the February meeting, a presentation from Sunflower Hill, and the Commission's
priority projects.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 8:48 p.m. by unanimous consent.
Page - 5 -
