CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />April 19, 2016 <br />Engineering <br />TITLE: ACCEPT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR PARCEL MAP 10300 <br />(CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM) LOCATED AT 2700 STONERIDGE <br />DRIVE <br />SUMMARY <br />Parcel Map 10300 created three commercial lots on an approximately 16.1 -acre site <br />located on the northwest corner of the Stoneridge Drive and El Charro Road intersection <br />as shown on Attachment 1. All subdivision improvements have been constructed for <br />Parcel 1 (Chrysler Dodge Jeep) located at 2700 Stoneridge Drive. The public <br />components of the improvements are ready for acceptance. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />1. Accept all public improvements constructed with PM 10300 for normal maintenance. <br />2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />There will be a minimal increase to the budget for the maintenance of the public sanitary <br />sewer main. Revenue from taxes generally covers the increased cost to provide services <br />and maintain infrastructure. <br />
