THE CITY OF 10 <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />PLEASANTON, <br />April 19, 2016 <br />Engineering <br />TITLE: ACCEPT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT 8159 LOCATED AT <br />4202 STANLEY BOULEVARD <br />SUMMARY <br />Tract 8159 created 12 detached single - family home lots on an approximately 1.9 -acre <br />site located at 4202 Stanley Boulevard. The property is located on the south side of <br />Stanley Boulevard and east of Main Street, as shown on Attachment 1. All subdivision <br />improvements have been constructed and public improvements are ready for acceptance. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />1. Accept all onsite and offsite public improvements constructed with Tract 8159 for <br />normal maintenance. <br />2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />There will be a minimal increase to the operations budget for the maintenance of the <br />public improvements. Revenue from taxes generally covers the increased cost to provide <br />services and maintain infrastructure. <br />
