THE CITY OF 9 <br />"' CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />PLEASANTON. <br />April 19, 2016 <br />Engineering <br />TITLE: ACCEPT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT 7721 LOCATED AT <br />3157 TRENERY DRIVE AND 2313 MARTIN AVENUE <br />SUMMARY <br />Tract 7721 created 29 single - family home lots on an approximately 19.47 -acre site <br />located at 3157 Trenery Drive and 2313 Martin Avenue. The property is located between <br />Trenery Drive and Cameron Avenue, and east of Palmer Avenue, as shown on <br />Attachment 1. All subdivision improvements have been constructed and public <br />improvements are ready for acceptance. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />1. Accept all onsite and offsite public improvements constructed with Tract 7721 for <br />normal maintenance. <br />2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />There will be a minimal increase to the budget for the maintenance of the public <br />improvements. Revenue from taxes generally covers the increased cost to provide <br />services and maintain infrastructure. <br />
