The Task Force is intended to explore options and make recommendation to the <br /> City Council regarding a potential new Civic Center/Library Master Plan. This report is <br /> intended to update the City Council and Board of Trustees regarding Task Force activities to <br /> date, alternatives under consideration, and future steps in the process. <br />
