The City Manager authorized an additional $60,000 from the West Las Positas Street <br /> Sinking Repairs project, CIP 115014 for a total of $162,300 in local funding. Local and <br /> federal funding for this project totals $921,002 as outlined in Attachment 1. Expenditures <br /> totaled $967,964, leaving a shortfall of $46,962 for the project. Staff recommends the <br /> appropriation of$46,962 from the Streets General Fund and to cover the project shortfall. <br /> The City is applying for an additional $95,613 in federal grant funds to potentially offset <br /> these costs. <br /> Construction of the project is now complete and staff recommends acceptance of the <br /> public improvements. <br /> Submitted by: Fiscal Review: Approved by: <br /> di Stephen ' atrick Ison Nelson Fialho <br /> Director of Engineering Director of Finance City Manager <br /> Attachments: <br /> 1.
