Approved a contract change order Additive Bid 3 with Cleary Brothers Landscape, Inc. in the <br /> amount of $349,687.50 for the Bernal Avenue at 1-680 Landscape Improvement project, CIP No. <br /> 155006 and appropriated $349,689.50 from Fund 169 (Bemal Interchange Developer Fee <br /> Account) to CIP No. 155006 to cover the cost <br /> Finance <br /> 14. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute an agreement with Maze & Associates <br /> Accountancy Corporation in the amount of$80,565 for auditing services (Narum abstained) <br /> Operation Services <br /> 15. Public Comment <br /> David Melaugh stated that over 6,000 signatures had been collected in support of the referendum and <br /> is confident they will qualify for the ballot. He noted the supporters of the referendum including local <br /> newspapers and former and current elected and appointed officials, the Pleasanton Voters <br /> organization, and proponents of Measure PP. There is deep concern over new developments in <br /> Pleasanton and their impact on traffic, schools, and the water supply.
