Section 1. Ordinance No. 761 (An Ordinance Placing Approximately <br /> a 5-Acre Parcel Located Immediately East of Hopyard Road <br /> and North of Valley Avenue into an interim "S" [Study] <br /> District, as shown on Zoning Unit Map No. 146) and <br /> Ordinance No. 770 (An Ordinance Extending Ordinance <br /> No. 761 for an additional eight months) are hereby <br /> repealed, and the subject property is hereby rezoned <br /> from "A" (Agricultural) District to'E-C" (Central Com- <br /> mercial) District and "P" (Public and Institutional) <br /> District as shown on Zoning Unit Map No. 148 attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 1~ <br /> 1960, referred to in §2-12.12, Chapter 2, Title II of <br /> the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended in accordance with the action set forth in <br /> Section 1 above. <br /> <br />Section 3. Zoning Unit Map No. 148, dated January 14, 1976, on <br /> file with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made <br /> a part hereof by reference, designates said land use and <br /> zoning district. <br /> <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after <br /> <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> Section 5. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES," a newspaper <br /> of general circulation, published in the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> INTRODUCED at the regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Pleasanton on January 12, 1976. <br /> ADOPTED at the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> <br /> -2- <br /> <br /> <br />
