RESOLUTION NO. 15- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, ADOPTING THE MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM FOR THE LIONS WAYSIDE AND DELUCCHI PARKS MASTER PLAN PROJECT WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton, acting as lead agency under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), prepared an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Lions Wayside and Delucchi Parks Master Plan Project, which was published in October 2015 and provided proper legal notice of document preparation and availability; and WHEREAS, the City prepared a notice of intent to consider adoption of the Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Lions Wayside and Delucchi Parks Master Plan Project and circulated the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Lions Wayside and Delucchi Parks Master Plan Project for public review and comment for a 30-day period; and WHEREAS, on February 16, 2016, the City Council adopted the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program for the Lions Wayside and Delucchi Parks Master Plan Project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: SECTION 1. The City Council adopts the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program for the Lions Wayside and Delucchi Parks Master Plan Project. SECTION 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on February 16, 2016.
